FRANCES KESSLER
 

Frances knew Howard Kessler back in the 1920s, as well as his first wife Alice. Howard was also a pharmacist, and owned a drug store on J Street in Sacramento, around 40th avenue.

Howard's wife did and then Ed died, and Frances and Howard got together.

Howard traveled in a motor home to take photos around the western USA, and they both gave presentations at the PSA meetings.
